Are you considering to attempt your first triathlon but just don’t know where to begin? Maybe you are are looking to try something new or are on the lookout for that next challenge in your life? No matter how ended up here, if you have ever dreamed of completing a triathlon, the Endurance House Foundations Triathlon Program is for you!
Foundations Tri is a 10 week program will prepare you to complete a Sprint Triathlon consisting of a ¼ mile swim, 15 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run. Complete with coached workouts, clinics, and race day support, you will cross the finish line ready for more! Whether your goal is to be competitive, healthier and more fit, or meet some new friends, Foundations provides a warm and welcoming environment that will give you the tools and confidence to train effectively and complete your first race.

Goal Race (s):

  • Sugar River Sprint Triathlon, August 26 in Belleville
  • The training plan will be modified for anyone looking to complete a different sprint triathlon anytime between August 12th and September 30th.
  • Other potential race options include, but not limited to:
    • Iron Girl (8/12)
    • Waupaca (8/18)
    • Try Cambridge Tri (8/19)
    • Silver Lake (8/15)
    • Devil’s Challenge (9/16)
  • Cost: $199
